All bookings for new patients requires a £25 deposit to be paid to confirm your appointment. The £25 deposit is taken off the full amount for the consultation. 

 

The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellation must be made by emailing the Clinic. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment, the Clinic will retain your deposit.

Deposits can be transferred to new appointments if 48 hours' notice is given.

If you do not show for your appointment and decide to rebook, you will be required to pay the full consultation fee for the rebooked appointment up front.
